Description
the user name of the local user is not setable , neither via xml nor cpp

up to now the userdatabase.xml contains as far as I know only data which are specific for the local user, as the data are transfered for each remote user.
However this structure isn't clear to me, therefore a wrapper xml tag, e.g. called localUser, could be used to highlight this fact and also introduce a property for defining the name.
