More and more linux distributions start disabling implicit linkage of
DSO files1[2]. Thus, some parts of inVRs, which accidently used
implicit linkage fail. Expect some more fixes like this one in the...

Change default value of parameter for allocEntry(bool *) to 0 instead of NULL.

On some systems/compilers (e.g. g++ (Debian 4.6.1-6) 4.6.1), NULL is not defined
by the headers included in this file. Also, Stroustroup favors 0 instead of NULL,
anyways...

Fix device enumeration of VRPN tracker/sensor.

Up until now, vrpn sensors were wrongly enumerated starting with 1.
This worked for DTrack devices (which IIRC write junk into sensor 0),
but breaks compatibility with devices like the WiiMoteHead tracker,
which correctly begin with index 0....
